More Nature Please

In Japanese culture, being in the forest is part of common health practice. I can not explain all the benefits of periodically being in nature. but it has been my lifestyle to go outside just to breathe. We don't have to know all the details, but we desire to escape from all living stressors to being in nature alone. We may take a few comfortable relationships with us, either dogs, spouses, or children. Lifestyle medicine consistently suggests including nature as a part of the regimen along with a plant-based diet, exercise, restorative sleep, being social, stress management, and refraining from substance use. Why don't we find a walking trail near us for the next breathing exercise?
